Our 2021 5K event is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Just go 5K (3.1 miles) ANYWHERE and ANYTIME from Saturday, October 30 - Sunday, October 31, 2021.

The Love4Lucas Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization created in honor of Lucas Harashima. On September 17, 2016, at the age of 5, Lucas was diagnosed with DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma). DIPG is an aggressive brain tumor that affects children between the ages of 4 and 11 and interferes with all bodily functions. Lucas died on March 21, 2018, just a few months shy of his 7th birthday.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Love4Lucas Foundation's mission to fund research towards a cure for DIPG and to support families battling DIPG. Unfortunately, the prognosis for DIPG remains very poor. More research and funding are desperately needed and with love, energy, and hope, we can all be a part of the fight. #love4lucas #love4lucasfoundation #love4lucas5k
